This is by far one of the most unprofessional Dunkin locations I’ve visited. As a regular customer, I’ve repeatedly witnessed behavior that left me extremely disappointed with the way this store is run. The staff often come across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested in providing good customer service. There seems to be very little accountability, and concerns from customers are either ignored or brushed aside. On multiple occasions, I felt that employees were more focused on complaining about customers than actually helping them. What bothered me most was the overall atmosphere. Instead of

If I could give a 0 I would. Today was worse than usual, only two employees and I got my mobile order 40mins after placing the order, I waiting 20 of those mins in the store. I understand if they’re just running behind but the reason became obvious as I stood there. The two employees, one of them the manager, were distracted chatting about their weddings, court dates, etc. So frustrating to wait there with other customers, while they just let us start to pile up. They always have some amazing looking donuts and this time they have outdone themselves. They have a new bakers choice donut that tastes exactly like banana pudding! I have only found it at this location.
