This Panera is an amazing location. I was in a bind this morning putting together something for Teacher Appreciation week. The young man at the register on 5/8 at around 8:30 was so patient as I selected 25 seperate desserts, even with a line forming behind me (I felt so bad). The manager was also sweet and really helped support her employee. Thank you guys so much for the help!!!1

Staff was friendly, greeted when I walked in. I have been wanting a Cinnamon Crunch bagel for a while now. Went in today to get one and boy was I upset. The bagel is very small now and tastes awful!! Im guessing they changed the recipe but definitely not what I was expecting. Sigh, I was really looking forward to the bagel. Get rid of it Panera!!!!

Just like any other Panera bread, food is good but the staff here is mostly young people and it’s hit or miss as far as the rudeness level. I’ve had good days and bad days. The soup seems to be getting smaller, barely enough.

Food was too spicy, and salty! my spoon was horrible dirty! The drinks have no flavor, they taste like plastic! They served the food not so nice...the atmosphere was fine….
