Bernice’s bakery has been a family favorite for decades. It’s a great place to meet for a coffee, tea, or baked good and a walk along the Clark Fork River. If you’re staying in an Airbnb or hotel in the area - Bernice’s is the perfect place to start your day.They have two rooms with filled with cozy seating - as well as outdoor seating in a quaint little nook of benches and flower boxes along third street. If you’re visiting the area - access to the river path is towards the Higgins Street Bridge. Bernice’s is also an excellent place to go for a high-end birthday cake. Today we went to Bernic

We walked in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Wonderful old bldg on 3rd street. Good parking. We just did coffee and cookies, but the display cases had lots of tasty looking treats. The staff was happy and outgoing. I'm looking forward to huckleberry pie!

Bernice’s Bakery is a charming little gem nestled in the heart of Missoula. When I say it’s straight out of a picture book, I mean it! From the moment you walk in, it smells absolutely heavenly. Their baked goods are truly the best, and their soups, salads, and espresso drinks are always delicious. Their cakes are hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and the staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Bernice’s Bakery is one of those special small businesses that makes Missoula feel like home, tucked right next to the beautiful Clark Fork River. I can’t recommend it enough.

I ordered a German chocolate cake for my husband's birthday. It was the most delicious and decadent cake that I have ever had. It felt like it was my birthday too. I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. I also bought some day old rolls and they complimented our meal perfectly. Thank you so much for making a cake so delicious that I will dream about it until the next birthday.
