Taking the time out of my day to say thank you to the incredibly hardworking Burger King staff here. They work so hard while being so understaffed, and yet they maintain a positive attitude throughout it. I stop at this location often when I get off of work because it’s in a convenient location for me and because I don’t eat meat so I love being able to get an impossible whopper. WORST BURGER KING EXPERIANCE EVER!! We went into the burger king to eat, we are crossing the country and wanted a break out of the car. the staff heavily prioritizes drive-thru slowing down in house orders. A car broke down in the drive-thru, and the staff decided to go outside and check on the car even after the car was no longer blocking the lane, further slowing down the orders. All in all our order of 3 value meals took 30 minutes to get. Another gentleman that ordered with us in the restaurant waited almost another 15 to get his after ours.
