I had the Saturday special, red pozole, which came with a side tray of onions, lettuce, radishes, and limes. It was incredibly flavorful. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender and absolutely delicious. I also ordered a Negra Modelo and asked for a glass. They brought me a frosty mug and a fresh lime. Perfect for a Saturday lunch! My boyfriend ordered amazing tacos, and we both agreed that the chips and salsa were the best we've ever had. That may sound like a bold statement, but we were literally discussing them the next day while eating at another excellent Mexican restaurant in Des Moines

so fudging cute ! It was really delicious and I have no regrets coming here and highly suggest to give it a try ! They brought us out churros in a super cute little handmade truck! I’m definitely coming back, the service was spectacular as they were on top of everything and super sweet:)

My sister was in town from Ohio so she had never been here. She was totally impressed with her food, the atmosphere and friendly staff. I have eaten here for many year's. One of my favorites. Her and myself had their Tuesday taco special. I was stuffed by the time we left. I had a margarita minus the alcohol.

This was my first time being here in quite a while. I ordered take out during lunch time and while they were fairly busy, everything came out quickly and correctly. I didn't manage to take a photo of my food because I couldn't wait to eat it. Everything was fresh and delicious! We will absolutely be back.
