I only did the one star so I could leave feedback. I hope this message gets to an upper member of management. It was a really bad experience the food had more tortilla and lettuce than anything. I was on my way back home passing thru Monroe Louisiana. I'm not sure what the workers had going on this particular day they were rude and seem upset. Seems to be the workers need a refresher on the portion size and not just throwing the food together. I paid with hard earned money. I really needed the food so I could take my medication. They wait was long thru the drive thru. Please retrain the staff

They were very nice, line moved slow but reason for 3 stars is because I ordered 2 beefy potato griller rhings and got the meat removed becasue I don’t care for it. Tell me why I get half way through my taco and there’s taco meat all throughout the portion left uneaten which made me sick to my stomach. Another taco I ordered I had the lettuce removed because my daughter didn’t want it on there, Guess what is was full of! I give chance after chance and they just don't even try. They can't even get part of an order right and they're rude as hell. This was spilled out in the bag where they just threw it in there.
