Let me start my saying it's not hard to put meat and cheese on a soft shell taco. IT'S NOT! I need some of these district managers to start going to their establishments like a regular customer to see what the workers are doing and how they act in their business. Attitude is everything! If you're taking an order with an attitude something is wrong. Then you place an order but they dismiss what youre saying only to go home just to find out your food isn't correct. It's frustrating! Impressive app allows you to earn food awards quickly. The new crispy chicken strip items are FIRE! Full remodel inside and outside is very clean and fresh with tons of white surfaces accented with gray and purple. Stellar kitchen staff when it comes to preparing your order; but expect a large side of ATTITUDE from the kitchen from the cooks making your order. Run as fast as you to get here!

This was total crap. Went through the drive through - my order was $19 total. Handed the girl my card and she hands me back the receipt - total charged was $28 and not a single thing on the receipt was my order. Told her- she calls a manager over. She does a refund for $18 and change ( refunded someone else's order) then they charge me again for the $19 and hand me $10 in cash. Just checked my account and both charges posted no refund was given! I paid $47 for a $19 order. And the whole time the manager lady was ripping into this associate. This isn't even the first time. They CONSTANTLY mess

Worst Taco Bell ive ever been too. They have messed up my order the last 4 times ive been recently, and they have had a history of this too. I know its just Taco Bell, but whatever happened to taking pride in your work? The staff is rude as well. Id hate to drive to West Monroe for Taco Bell, but I think I will from now on. YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR TACO LICENSE REVOKED!!!
