My son was asking for the son of a baconator as a reward for working hard on something recently. We choose the drive-in and sadly and surprisingly there was NO BACON on his burger. Do better please... so disappointed.

(This is Anne) My husband and I went to the Wendy’s beside Denny’s in Monroeville at 2:30 p.m. today, Saturday. Most people know the employee taking the order at Wendy’s can only hear the driver, and not the people sitting in the passenger or back seats. For 24 years since we got married, the solution to that has been a simple one - the driver gives his or her order first, then listens to what food the other family member(s) want, and is able to clearly and accurately repeat their orders to the employee. The guy at the window didn't say a single word to us and made us practically climb out the window to get the bag he couldn't be bothered to reach a single inch past the window to give us. Thanks for nothing. People like that are the reason people stopped going there and the reason you only have 3 stars.

The employees play this ‘we’re shut down’ game if given the chance. Or it’s cash only or just nuggets only. They do know that we know it’s all a game to get customers to go away, right? They get super mad when you ask them why they’re there if they’re ’not taking orders at this time.’ I feel bad for the franchisee.
