Let me begin by saying, I can be a creature of habit. On rough days in the office, I fly over to Starbucks for my caffeine boost on my lunch break. Apparently I must go pretty often, because the Drive Thru person already recognizes my name and voice. They even know when I come later than normal. It's so sweet. I was walking back into the office and saw my cup. This honestly made my day. Thank you, my Barista! One day I'll have to actually go inside the store to say thank you, instead of rolling thru the drive-thru.

I’m a Starbucks rewards member and I order from here at least 4x a week before work and I usually get the brown sugar Iced shaken espresso . And it’s always a hit or miss with this drink. I usually don’t write a review but I spend a lot of money on my morning coffee and it’s frustrating when it’s always made differently and doesn’t taste right. And twice in the last month they have given me another persons drink and I didn’t realize until I got to work :( The customer service is usually good and they are nice I spend a lot of money and I just wish my drink was made the same and I wouldn’t hav
