Mar 2026 - all good food service and atmosphere. I did notice they are serving cut up chicken breast vs the tenders. Kind of interesting... i don't mind the change but it goes against the founders business model. The food is still good. This location had great service and a typical Cai s atmosphere inside.

Drive-Thru Experience April 3, 26. In short: team members primarily seem to need less performance stress as it appears they were heavily focused on volume not quality; customers who are not menu experts should expect difficulties here; food was low quality for the cost and drinks were unpleasant. As someone who’s eaten at this canes probably 100 times. The food quality has gotten so consistently garbage that I’ve had to stop coming. Half the time the sprite is complete soda water and the staff doesn’t have a clue. The chicken is somehow worse and consistently tastes like it was found in a dumpster. Very disappointing

Asked for no fries, extra toast and an extra sauce. Order was read back correctly. Got home and noticed I received no toast, fries and no sauce. Partially on me for not checking my bag before arriving home, but frustrating nonetheless considering it was the complete opposite of what I requested.
