We tried the crispy chicken chipotle taco, and when I say you could break a window with this chicken, I’m not exaggerating. The chicken was extremely dry, tough, and visibly dehydrated. It was more like a jerky than “crispy.” It ruined the entire taco and made it difficult to eat. One bite in and we were already done. Very disappointing quality.

I want to say what a kind and professional Worked named Jillian. He is always so professional and I wish more people were as kind and respectful as Jillian is.. I had just one of those days...today with the app not correct but I just want to say Chloe was so sweet and professional. She is a great staff member with such patience... Actually the other lady I don't know her name but look they are always so kind. I love this Taco Bell in Moore

How wrong do you want your drive-thru order to be? If it’s 100%, go here. Ordered a beef chalupa supreme and a soft taco supreme. Got a bean burrito and a hard taco.

If this is extra sour cream, I'd hate to see what just regular sour cream is, but they sure will charge for extra and NEVER give what is paid for. Not sure why I thought it would be different this time, they always do this crap but sure don't forget to charge for the extra
