I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I have been a loyal customer and have visited this restaurant many times. I consistently support this location and its staff, and I typically tip 25%, as I respect service workers and understand the importance of tipping in the industry. During my most recent visit, my experience took an unexpected and upsetting turn. I know they are known for there wings but dang can they make a chicken sandwich. We had Traditional and Parmesan Garlic Wings and they were fantastic. But the big surprise was the Southern Chicken Sandwich WOW. chicken was so moist the coleslaw was crisp with sweet pickles to make one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. For desert there was caramel chocolate cheese cake. It was a very clean restaurant and the service was great. Will we go back?? HECK Yeah..

Food was good. Wasn't very busy and iur server only came to take our order bring our food and give us our tab, never checked in to see if we needed anything refills or how asked how our food was. Sidewalk was slippery so we told them and they said "oh we figured that out this morning" it was 1:30 and they hadn't salted it or anything
