Purchased two big breakfast and ended up getting just hotcakes, told the lady at the window, manger came and said they will fix it to pull up to window #3 and nope they did not fix it…. Steak sandwich without onion,, and there was onions on it! No straws for our drinks.. There is always something going wrong with our orders at this location We understand if it happens once in a while we are all human, but this is every single time we come. Guess next time we will drive a little bit further away

If I could give this place zero stars I would. IF YOU ARE A BLACK PERSON do not go here this place is RACIST. You will not be treated as a valued customer they will show you indirect racism while taking your money and treating you like trash because they really don’t want to service you. I went here in the morning to get a coffee and I was treated so horrible it makes me never want go to another McDonalds in my life. Please save yourself the trouble!

I go in at 930am on a Sunday and they don’t have frappes because they’re cleaning their machine? Is breakfast not when you sell the most frappes and coffee? This was my whole reason for even going. Waste of a trip and waste of time. Maybe clean it at night when no one is ordering it? Do better.

We came and got drive through food earlier today. Once we got to our destination to eat, we were very upset. We didn’t get our fries with our burger meal, a 6 piece nugget was only 5, and our single burgers were smothered in ketchup on the outside. To top it off We were in the drive up line for over 35 minutes. Feeling frustrated with the service and food presentation.
