We stopped into Black Bear Diner this morning around 8:00 a.m. on a Thursday and were seated immediately—no wait at all, which was perfect. I ordered the Grizz with the meat scrambled into my eggs and a side of hash browns well done. The portion was generous and satisfying, exactly what I was hoping for. My wife got the Chicken Fried Steak with country potatoes, and her portion was also very hearty—not skimpy in the least. Everything tasted fresh and hit the spot. The food was amazing, the chef made our every little request wonderful. Our server Abby is so sweet and truly beautiful. She makes us feel very comfortable, gave us everything we asked for with a genuine smile on her face, and whenever she talked to us and took our order she never made us feel judged. The atmosphere is very clean and the music is always good to hear. They also give the good crayons for the kids menu. Loved Abby she remembered us from our previous visit and she was very attentive. Our Server was Elysia she was so kind and kept coming often to see if we needed anything besides the fact of the restaurant being full. Food was really the broccoli 🥦 😋 was delicious.
