Ordered BK on Doordash today. I'm not sure who to blame so I'm blaming both. There were no napkins, straw, or sauce in my order as requested. More shockingly, I ordered an impossible Whopper and they sent me a regular beef patty. I unfortunately ate a bite before realizing what happened. If not illegal, selling meat as vegetarian food is at the very least unethical and immoral. This will be my last time eating fast food. Labelling food as vegetarian, then selling someone meat is a mistake that should NEVER happen. Money wasted

I stopped by for the Wednesday meal and was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was executed. The cashier was friendly and patient as I took my time ordering, and the food came out quickly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the lobby was disappointing. We had to skip three tables before finding one that was somewhat decent, and even then, we had to wipe it off ourselves. Stopped by here for Halloween, my son has been wanting the vampire nuggets since they came out. Ordered them and when we finally got them, they were plain chicken nuggets. They were supposed to be in the shape of bats and fangs. Took them back up to the front and was told they sold out of them earlier that day. Worst place to go to in the evening. My wife and I stop in to get the 4.99 double cheese burger value meal and the stupid teenagers tried to argue with my wife and I saying that it's an up charge when it clearly says on the screen 4.99 PERIOD!!!!! They need a better evening shift employees. WON'T EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!
