every time I come to this sonic the wait is over 15 minutes even for a singular drink. they’re way too under staffed which I’m assuming is to cut labor but you would get more business if orders came out faster and were correct instead of threw together. It would also help if your car hops wasn’t so rude.

First time going to Sonic since forever and I loved it. I got the triple smashburger with mozzarella sticks and it was all so flavorful and delicious. Usually all burger joints start tasting the same to me, like subway, but sonic is always refreshing.

Absolutely nothing we ordered was given to us correctly, the sizes were incorrect, soda water instead of sprite, soggy tots not to mention she had to come back to us twice due to forgetting a drink and sides. There were maybe 2 other customers definitely not busy enough for the kind of quality we were given .... Um pretzels were good though

Every single time I have been there they have left out additions I paid for (whipped cream, flavor additions, etc.). I have ordered both in person and on the mobile app about five or six times over the past few months and nothing has improved. They straight up get the wrong drink and when I go get it exchanged they still somehow give the wrong drink.
