Saad did an amazing job accommodating me and my brother’s dietary restrictions. (We both have celiac disease) We frequently visit this Cava location and when it was our turn to order he switched his gloves without us even needing to say anything. He ensured our bowls were safe from cross contamination all the way down the preparation line. His customer service was incredible and deserves recognition.

Ill start off by saying the food is good and the people were friendly, but the people who made my bowls need a lesson in food safety. It was two guys and they had gloves on which is great, but they used those same gloves to handle the cash register touch screen and they used the same gloves to touch the counter and to lift the containers holding the food. Its nasty watching them touch my food fully with the same glove.

Today, for lunch. I had my very first experience with CAVA. While I was definitely greeted with kindness, the myriad of options was a bit intimidating. However, I was guided every step of the way; and not that "let me help you so you can get out of the way" type of guided, but the "I want you to have a firm grasp of every option so that you can enjoy this meal to the fullest extent" type of guided. After the patience and the true kindness, they even BLESSED me with the meal on the house. After all of that: FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!! I would say not to order the 'Pita Bread', but I'd only be saying i
