It is important to add some context when doing these reviews. I live in South Texas and the Mexican food I am accustomed to is 2.200 miles away. Folks up here are not accustomed to that type of food and I doubt they could even get the same type of produce or supplies in this area. Having said that, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. It has a really cool atmosphere with nice southwestern decor, a cool garden/fountain in the middle of the restaurant, nice Chicano tunes playing and the food was pretty good. I went for lunch and the food came out within five minutes. Service was excellent

I had the Carne Asada burrito, and it was honestly delicious. The first thing that stood out was how great the atmosphere was — very welcoming and comfortable. The portion size is huge. One burrito was more than enough for two people to share. I went with a group of friends, and I really appreciated how easy it was to split the payment. Everyone could pay separately without any hassle. These days, especially in places like downtown Seattle, many restaurants have card limits per table, which makes splitting the bill stressful. Being on a road for 2 weeks and eating out a lot it was hard to pick yet another place to eat. Im glad we picked this place! The food was excellent. They sub-ed rice and beans for me for a good size portion of salad. The place itself is beautiful. When i walked in i thought it was an expensive restaurant. The place is Tastefully decorated with good furniture, nice wall decor, a small fountain with plants, big place. The prices were ~20$ a plate, not bad. We will be back for sure.
