He makes sure every customer is taken care of and never loses his positive attitude. It’s amazing what a smile and treating people like they matter can do. I went to this location on Sunday, May 17 about 8 o’clock in the morning. The gentleman working the red shirt at the drive-through was not friendly at all. When I pulled around to the window to pay, he handed me my food, but no words were spoken, Other than the total. I gave him my cash and I looked in the bag and there was only five hashbrowns in this tiny little bag. I asked him if this is what a medium hash brown was and he said yes that’s the typical six count. I told him that there is no And if we’re counting them, then I need to have another one. As I pulled into the parking lot of Dunkin', I observed plenty of parking with disabled parking. As I entered, I was greeted. The staff worked as a team to push out my order. I ordered a hot chocolate and 2 glazed doughnuts. My order was in about 2 minutes. I must say the doughnuts were AMAZING! Oh, the hot chocolate had the most chocolate in any hot chocolate that I ever tasted! Remember to communicate how you would like your hot chocolate. Dunkin', thank you for the outstanding service!
