David Sheppard★★★The first photo is Tofu Scramble with Grits we make at home. The second photo with the green plate is the Flying Biscuit Website photo of Tofu Scramble. The third photo on the red plate is what we were served today as Tofu Scramble. The one we were served at this restaurant on the red plate smelled like eggs, looked like scrambled eggs, and tastes like scrambled eggs, but we were told it was Tofu. In fact, our server brought out a package of tofu and told us, "see this is the tofu it was made with". I'm still convinced that we were served scrambled eggs as opposed to tofu and that the chef
