0 STARS! I don't know how you manage to mess up an order 3 times in a row. It takes a special talent to do that! I was trying to cut them some slack but come on! If you can't take a freaking order properly then don't be there, if you can't find competent people to run the store then don't open the store! Don't just take people money and not give them what they paid for! It's as simple as that.
