Cookout is reliable and affordable, but most of all delicious. I love their simple concession stand style food. I always order a spicy chicken sandwich with Cajun fries and coleslaw. The chicken patties are thin and crunchy which is ideal. Fries are always hot and crispy. The slaw is on the sweeter side and goes great with the spicy sandwich. I’ve never gotten something I didn’t like at Cookout. Also, this location has a large dining room which is perfect for getting food with your friends.

I eat here at least once a week because the food is, on their worst nights, a 9/10. The drive thru servers are consistently some of the nicest in the business. Izzy is always very upbeat when I roll through. Meals are consistently sub $10, which is a rarity nowadays

I don't get the hype about this place. Yes, it tastes like the burgers are cooked over charcoal, but that's the only plus about the food. Service was okay. The woman mopping the floor kept getting in our way when we were trying to look at the menu board, and again when we were picking up or order. The napkin dispenser was empty so I had to point that out to the young women behind the counter. They filled it, but how hard is it to check that without me pointing it out? The restaurant was not busy either. I don't see any reason to return here.
