I made a pick up order, and when I went in I let them know and it took 15 mins to get my food because my food and drink was sitting in drive through. Terrible customer service the lady told me to never come back.

Me and my husband love this Dunkin’ Donuts because they have amazing customer service but today changed our entire outlook. We walked up to the counter to give our order and when I ordered my coffee she kept hollering at her coworkers in the back and interrupting my ordering so she can talk to a coworker, I gave her a little grace. Then she asked if we want the donuts in the same bag (I like my own bag for my donut, call me boujee) I told her no separate please…. She puts the donuts in the same bag!!! I place mobile orders before I leave my house and they’re never ready when I get there for pick up :/ the people working always seem so frazzled and stressed and today they were extremely short staffed. I work nearby and every time I come here I regret it because the service is consistently terrible. I don’t necessarily blame the workers for the bad service either. Management needs to ensure there are enough people working so they aren’t so over extended.
