This place has BAD customer services the girl with purple hair. I was in the lobby BEFORE 10pm, I asked the lady are closed because everything was still open she replied I'm closing in 2 mins, I'm like cool can I get a tuna sandwich. She dipped in the back for a couple of minutes and then came out and said " oh that clock is wrong its actually 10:01 and I'm closed". Seriously. I was in the lobby BEFORE you close before 10pm.. dont waste your time and go to the Subway on 33rd and state they're opened 24 hours and a lot nicer

Went on Sunday at 8:00 pm. Only one worker with tattoos and a curly mustache. Watched him chat a group of his friends up for about 10 minutes while they took forever to each pay individually for their meals. Meanwhile 6 people are in line and waiting to order. Dude just decided it was a good time to chat with his friends. Me and another person walked out after he went in the back to let someone in the bathroom. What a joke. I get that he may be the only worker, but that’s no excuse to let people sit in line waiting while you have a conversation.

I came in two get 3 sandwiches. And was helped out by an employee named Brandon. He was very kind and patient even though my order was quite tedious. I appreciate the service and the food was good. Would recommend this subway location.

He didn't toast the bread!! He just wanted to finish his job sooner! He didn't even wrap the sandwich properly! I threw it away! Terrible customer service!
