Ive been waiting to make this post for a while. A few months back, maybe 3-4 months my husband brought me a cheeseburger meal from Sonic on North St. I was looking forward to it bc of had been a while since I had eaten fast food. Ummm, turns out this cheeseburger was horrible. It was cold to the touch, both buns were hard, the meat was very thin and burnt to a crisp on the edges. The veggies were old looking and was just disgusting. I've never had a bad meal at a Sonic before. I refrained from eating Sonic for a long time especially the North St location. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The assistant general manager said it was “too far of a walk” to the lane. Then I pull to the drive thru and stated she was not going to make icecream for a shake. After it only being 9pm.

I have been getting breakfast at Sonic for many years. Always order save burrito meal. One morning in February 2026 i ask the very unpleasant young lady serving me for 1 extra packet of sausa, and her reply was i will have to charge you. Now when my bill is say $9.87 she never gives me back change and that ok with me , but when i ask for 1 extra packet she wants to charge me. I now het the burrito from Chick fil a every morning.

They need new equipment. They can't hear anything to take an order. He was rude and asked if I was in the passenger seat. No I was not. I was leaned over ad close to the as I could after he couldn't hear the driver either. My head was out of the driver window. This is ridiculous! STALL 18. After driving a long ways just to come here to be mistreated.
