Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was trying to contact the store regarding a serious food allergy concern and called repeatedly for over 30 minutes without anyone answering the phone. Food allergies are not something that can wait, and customers should be able to reach someone when they have questions about ingredients or cross-contamination. The lack of responsiveness showed a complete disregard for customer safety and service. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t have to deal with the same experience.

Very bad experience for delivery drivers. They always make us wait for a long time. The restaurant clearly prioritizes dine-in customers first, then online orders, and delivery drivers are always last. This is not something that started recently — they have been doing this for the past couple of months. It feels like the manager doesn’t care at all about delivery drivers or the time we spend waiting. Dine-in customers walk in, place their order, and get their food quickly while we just stand there watching and waiting for a long time. This kind of service is very unprofessional and disrespec

Closed today 1/10/26 so don't make my mistake and place a mobile order & then be late for work. If they are closed, mobile ordering at this location should not be available Addendum 1/15/25- I did reach out to the guest services as instructed in the comment and never heard back
