Crumbl Cookies – Our Honest Take (From a Savoury Girl & Her Sweet‑Toothed Daughter) The hype is real out there — socials have absolutely whipped everyone into a frenzy — but here’s how it landed for us. First, a disclaimer: I’m not a sweets person. Give me savoury any day. But there we were, my daughter and I, standing with a pretty pink box of sample cookies ready to see what all the fuss was about. Are they pretty? Absolutely. They’re little works of art. Instagram would be proud. Flavours? Yes — plenty of variety, and some fun seasonal ideas too. Texture? This is where things got wobbl

The customer service was extremely disappointing. Rather than speaking directly to me, one of the employees repeatedly asked her coworker, “What does she want?” and “Did she order?” as if I wasn’t standing right there. Very unprofessional. One thing to keep in mind is that the cookies are definitely rich and fairly high in calories, sugar, and fat, which is pretty typical for oversized gourmet-style cookies. Bec

What used to feel like a fun treat, paying around $8 for three mini cookies, now costs closer to $10 and comes with noticeably worse service. The staff often comes across as rude or, at best, completely disengaged. I’m not sure if this is specific to this location, but it has been consistently disappointing. I hate to speculate, but it genuinely feels like the moment they notice you didn’t leave a tip, the tone changes. Either the interaction turns cold or there’s no acknowledgment at a
