We then ordered shareable plates of Beef Tartare, Snapper Crudo, Poppy's Caviar, Octopus, Parisian Gnocchi and Trout. Every dish was an excellent choice and cooked to perfection! This restaurant is in the Germantown neighborhood, so if you are staying in proper Nashville, it will require an Uber/Lyft or driving. Upon arriving, we were greeted and seated immediately. The overall vibe of the place was very inviting, and seating was separated well. The drink menu had a wide selection of cocktails and wine, as well as spirits. There were limited beer options, but a wide enough selection to please any style. We opted for dirty martinis, and they were made well. T
