I stop at this Dunkin every so often. I always order my coffee with milk on the side all of the sudden I was told no when I asked the manager she got it for me said it wouldn't happen again. We'll 3 days later same person told me no the manager was right there told her what to do and she told her no, I did get my order filled the way I wanted. This brings me to this past Thursday's visit everything went great until I got my change back which should of been $0.47 I only got $0.30 was told there was a change shortage no change in register. Do not buy here, W.Central is way better!. This location its horrible, the employees need better training as well as the managers. The orders are never right, always missing something or not properly made. I just received an order with the completely wrong sandwich and coffee once again (which prompted me to leaving this comment). Please check your order before leaving the store, taste the coffee to make sure it was made properly. And Don't even try calling the store because the number is not even working. If you show up while they are switching shifts be ready to wait to even get acknowledge

$3.79 for a large hot regular? It was $3.39 last week. It’s only $3.09 at the Dunkins next to my house. Almost as ridiculous as McDonalds on Rt 9 charging $7.59 for a bacon sandwich egg & cheese bagel sandwich. Both restaurants lost a sale …lost revenue…lost profits

I’m a bit offended by the fact that I came in when the store wasn’t busy at all and ordered 4 medium regular coffees and then comes in a group of 4 men in suits and they ordered 3 minutes after I had already ordered and paid and proceeded to order a mix of 6 different drinks and food and 7 minutes go by and somehow they end up receiving all of their things and I still haven’t received my 4 simple drinks, I’ve worked at a Dunkin before and it takes a minute at most to make 4 med regulars, Absolutely unacceptable service.
