This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. No matter how many times you order something the same thing frequently they still will miss something from your order. I’ve paid for five happy meals that I have never received. I have not received fries. I have not received sauces. I’ve paid extra for and now leading up to today, I ordered the big arch. I waited in line. They gave me a stale reheated fries and an undercooked practically raw burger. Please do better.

This location has gone down the hill. 3 weeks ago the Happy Meal had no toy. I drove back 15 to get the toy and was told they don't have toys. The toy is the only reason to buy a Happy meal, and they could have told me when I ordered it. Today I requested on the app "No cheese" (see picture) and I got a cheeseburger. My Sprite tastes horrible too. This is the closest restaurant to my home, so this really stinks. UPDATE: 6 months later, I went back and this time I waited 20 min for my food. I have to say, the best thing about this shop is the kid who brings out food during curbside pickup on weekdays. I've seen who special needs may be, but he understands customer service better than any of the managers. He is the only reason they didnt get 1 star. If it were for him - HE WOULD GET 5+ STARS!!! Unfortunately, my timing has been less flexible, so I'm doing the drive-through more often or ordering via Uber - and it's not unusual for orders to be missing items, or for plain hamburgers to turn out to be cheeseburgers in a hamburger wrapper. I ordered thru DoorDash and food came and was fine until I finished my drink and found a plastic thing floating in it. I’ve been trying to figure out what it is. I am so grossed out.
