The staff were very friendly but I bought two spicy chicken sandwiches and they were undone undercooked. And I'm not trying to be mean but I notice that a lot of white people like to not cook their meat done. Now here's the thing, just because you guys like to not fully cook you're food done doesn't mean everyone else likes it like that. I use to work for rallys so I know how it's supposed to be cooked.

I recently visited the Rally’s drive-through and had a great experience. My order was prepared correctly with no issues at all. When I arrived at the drive-through window, the staff provided excellent customer service—they were friendly, polite, and professional. The parking lot also appeared clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this location and would gladly return again in the future.
