The all you can eat deal is great value with really good food. We tried the seaweed salad and koni salad (first time having it, surprisingly good). The tempura (both veggie and shrimp) was crispy and light, not greasy at all. The salmon sashimi was super fresh, and the rolls, lava, playboy, and vegas, were all solid. We finished with their matcha and red bean ice cream, which were their signature desserts. Overall, the meal exceeded our expectations and was very satisfying.

Second visit. Rolls are huge but not only filled with rice but very generous with the fish and fillings. Seldom AYCE restaurants offers sashimi! All the pieces taste fresh and come in big chunks! We did the math though — unless you can eat 4 rolls, you are better off opting the a la carte. Pictures posted here are mind and my partner’s ala carte orders. My son - growing teenager- always order the AYCE (he’s been 4 times). We find regular menu items are just as yummy and we don’t end up stuffing ourselves 😂. Service is hit or miss. Depends on which waitress. The Asian ladies are always nice.

Food is always very good! The staff is super kind and the restaurant is always clean. Their spicy crab sushi is the best I’ve ever had! And don’t even get me started on their hibachi plates and soups 😩 I recommend this place to everyone I know. Go check it out. You won’t regret it!!!

We love the people who work at Ming’s, they’re always so friendly and welcoming. The all-you-can-eat sushi is a fantastic deal, and their miso soup is one of my favorites. The sushi is artfully prepared, and the Star Roll is our go-to, along with the green tea ice cream for dessert. It’s a casual BYOB spot, perfect for a relaxed night out. Enjoy!
