Will not be returning to this taco bell. We went through the drive through tonight. We were missing the chicken quesadilla we ordered which was $7.50. We also ordered a bean burrito with no onions and the burrito was full of onions. The food also appeared to be just thrown together. We tried to call to discuss with someone when we got home and no one answered. We had to leave a message. We will be following up for a refund. This is unacceptable! If the total bill is almost $40, there should be better quality and customer service.

I have been at this taco bell in the past and food was really good. Not sure what happened to this place but food was not good at all!! Barely any chicken in my crunch wrap, sour cream was almost watered down. I don't know, just disappointed 😕 My Pepsi was good though, so there's that. Maybe just an off day - will try again to verify but if it's anything like today - we're officially done with Taco Bell.

Ordered food at around 1 am (they close at 3) the said they didn’t have it even tho I had the address correct and the confirmation text that said the store had confirmed the order had my door dasher go inside show them proof that I had ordered from that location and it was confirmed and they still refused to make my food. The fact that your employees are too lazy to do their jobs and refuse to make food that customers literally paid for is insane they need a new staff.

The best experience I’ve had at TacoBell in a while. The person in the drive thru was super friendly even once I got to the window and realized I forgot to order myself a drink. I think their name was Kobe C. according to my receipt. I hope Taco Bell continues to hire great people like Kobe C.
