Over half of my black pepper sandwich was cold. Cheese definitely not melted at all. the drive-through barista was giving me a hard time about asking for light ice and light concentrate? I have never had this problem in my life and some people do not like to taste the syrup when they drink their drink. Will not be returning to this location.

Feeling disappointed, went through drive-thru today looking forward to a $2 coffee with the stracks coupon and when I got up to pay they told me they were not accepting the coupons. First, they should have posted it by the speaker, second they should at least allow the coupons until they expire and thirdly, I hope they remove their coupons from stracks. Unfortunately after hearing the news, I declined the coffee, so not only did they lose a sale they also lost product. I hope someone got to enjoy it.

Recently moved into the area, seen this was the local Dunkin' and I'm very displeased. Constant orders both in store or mobile constantly incorrect or not accurate to order. Long wait times both drive thru and in store. Staff seems ok, but hindered from the store owner it seems for anything helpful. Lastly, was denied many times in attempting to use coupons, being told they don't take them but the coupons literally have the stores address on it and it only. Don't advertise coupons and adds in local newspapers and receipts if you aren't gonna honor them, comes off very cheap and greedy. Won't b

This is probably the rudest DD I've been to. They aren't very greeting. They always give me the wrong drink. And then when you kindly let them know they proceed to tell you you are wrong . But in the end look dumb!
