2025: Dined at this location while visiting extended family in the area. We are big fans of Chik fil a and this location did not disappoint. They were crowded and had a long line if customers, but the food came out hot and in a reasonable timeframe. The service is always great. Merry Christmas!🎄

The New Iberia location of Chick Fil A is easily the worst one I’ve ever been to in the world. Wait time for anything is incredibly slow. Drive thru, curbside, delivery. All slow and they don’t really accommodate for the wait like other locations would. My last straw was a recent incident when a delivery driver completely forgot a kale crunch salad and all the sauces to our order. When I called, the girl on the phone said she’ll send him back to deliver the missing items. 2 hours later, he is no where to be found so I call back again and they finally send him back. They still forgot the almon

Chic fil a is usually top notch but I have noticed lately the service is slowly going to crap. Longer wait times, orders have been wrong. Come here 5 times a month and the last month I have slowly noticed a decline in service at drive thru. Still the best fast food in new Iberia but let’s try to uphold the brand who’s known for the best service.
