I decided to stop by Burger King for a quick bite, and while the food itself was pretty solid, the overall experience with customer service and atmosphere could have been better. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy at the time, but the energy behind the counter felt tense. There was a woman in a black shirt, who appeared to be the manager, calling out orders and handing out food. The way she handled things came across as very direct and somewhat impatient, almost like she was annoyed. The ladies who work here are heroes! 👑 They managed to open even today, during the worst snow storm ever in Newark. And as usual, they had a smile and kind words for the customers.
