Took a walking trip over here from Niagara Falls side Canada as I only found out Dunkin Donuts was coming back to Canada soon and was intrigued as to how their coffee and donuts faired since I last had both back in the late 80s in Florida. I gave 3* for the nice service given by the two cashiers who were very pleasant even though it was hectic on a sunday.. as for the donuts I took a piece from each a chocolate cream filled and strawberry sprinkles . They were way too sweet for me and the coffee was not good at all. They use half and half creamer so the coffee was very dark. I get why Tim H

The service and friendliness were extremely poor. I ordered two half-dozens, but they were mixed together in one box, and one donut was packed incorrectly. When I asked for the receipt, they took it out of the trash and gave it to me. When I asked them to print a new one, they said it was not possible. They also implied that since most customers don’t ask for a receipt, I shouldn’t ask for one either. I found this very unpleasant.

Person who takes the order does not even understand what we speak. Speaks in her own language. Does not listen. Ordered banana protein iced latte. Tastes horrible and bitter. Threw it in the garbage after two sips. They added items to my bill I didn’t even order. Had to cancel them. Disgusting.
