We were waiting on this evening by Alomia. We were very impressed by the level of customer service received, by the cleanliness of the restaurant, and by the warmth and freshness of the food. We also thought that the decorations inside were very tastefully and beautifully done. This is probably the nicest fast food restaurant in Nicholasville. Alomia Is excellent at her job and we will be returning soon!!!

I would never eat here again. I literally waited for over 45 minutes for my food. There was zero employees in there outside of the manager, and after the lobby was full of people trying to figure out why we can’t get our food or what’s going on with our orders? We just get shrugged off and then I asked if I could have my food made fresh because of the wait and them being so behind I got told no and they still messed up my entire order we are in 2026. There is no reason for a fast food restaurant to act and management to behave the way they did. It’s disgusting hands-down the worst place don’t

The ice cream was good. However there seemed to be only a couple guys there while one guy was just doing orders. Our order was all messed up. My partner couldn't drink his milkshake he ordered as well as he ordered a chocolate shake and he received a vanilla shake with cookie dough. My blast was chocolate with Reese's when I ordered vanilla with Reese's and cookie dough. Just a heads up when going later on in the evening.

This place has really turned around. I've used the drive thru in the morning numerous times and they are always friendly and the service is great. Also the food is consistently great, cant say enough good things about the whole crew there. Thanks for making my morning pleasant!
