This location has been the closest to me for the last 6 years and i AVOID it. The lack of customer service, speed of ordering and accuracy seem to always be a problem. Maddy(spelling?) was absolutely amazing. She was starting her first day yet she supported her coworkers and made sure my order was taken care of and that she didn’t leave me waiting/ unacknowledged. Noblesville had so many restaurants that are similar/ just as easy to go to but the hospitality and work ethic she showcased is why I will be back. Thank you Maddy

Nasty food and bad service. I very, very rarely ask for refunds. My wife was told there would be a wait on her order (no big deal), I go to eat mine and find the jalapenos slimy and with a sweet taste. She gets her order and there's a sticker in plain sight on her food. I ask for a refund and that we would just go elsewhere. The manager initially only wanted to refund hers, after arguing refunded mine as well, but didn't want to refund the chips. I ordered a meal for delivery which was picked up by Door Dash or GrubHub and then canceled; leaving me without a lunch. The text I got regarding a cancellation directed me to call the store for a refund. The person who helped me was very kind and helpful. When I explained what communication I received and asked why my order was cancelled, they shared the full story of how this would have happened, when the order was transferred from one delivery service to another, and offered a refund or a replacement. Good food. Good service. Edit: 3 years later and the service has declined tremendously. Whats the point of ordering 30 minutes ahead in the app if the food hasn't begun being made until you arrive???? The location in the Noblesville Mall is much better so I'll just continue going to that one.
