They did not include a burrito I orders online. We inspected the bags to ensure we received everything. When we seen one of the burritos was missing, my mom went inside the store and advised the staff of the missing item. A man that packed the bags was adamant that he included it. He was acting like my mom was lying about it not being there. Why would we waste our time on a burrito if it was already included? He said I guess but I know I put it there. I stopped at this Del Taco on Saturday around 5 PM and left feeling genuinely disgusted. I watched an employee handle food with bare hands — no gloves at all. It’s 2025… how is this still happening? We all know people have personal lives and do who-knows-what outside of work. That’s exactly why food safety standards exist. Customers shouldn’t have to wonder where someone’s hands have been before touching the food we’re supposed to eat. I’m disappointed and honestly grossed out. How was Del Taco? Thanks for asking. Actually, I didn't get anything at Del Taco. I went there because I got a code in text message for $ off my order. But the app locked me out and was unusable even after I changed the password. The workers there said they would need the code to get me the deal. Then they told me the code sent to me by Del Taco was not a Del Taco code. They were unable or unwilling to help me. So the whole reason I went there turned out to be a scam. And I got nothing.

Wow, my combo burrito is more like an original bean and cheese burrito that we used to get for $.59 and my french fries were burnt to a crisp. You need to get with the program and step up to the plate like the original Del Taco in Barstow. Your quality is pathetic and that’s so sad
