I had a very disappointing experience at a Subway location during a recent visit with my wife and young daughter. From the moment we walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. One of the employees, an older male worker, avoided eye contact and did not engage with us, even when we were clearly ready to order. I had to step in and say, “We’re ready to order,” just to get service started. Things only went downhill from there. I placed my order online and my order was not ready at the time specified. The majority of my break was spent still waiting while other customers came in and out. The workers asked for my name 3 times & my order still took forever. The older woman was slow, rude and the other man who kept stretching every 2 minutes....lol. When I finally received my food, the older woman asked to see my receipt to make sure I selected the right cup for my fountain drink.....ridiculous. When we walked in, we were greeted by a very nice couple who said they had been in business for over 30 years. They were very friendly and made us laugh. Our sandwiches were made to perfection as well.
