Manager Pro-Tip: Maybe have your employees park in back so your customers don't have to. Prioritize your customers. My elderly mother had to walk clear across the parking lot to go in, we thought place was packed. It was, with employees, even in the handicapped space.

The drinks for the last few weeks have not been stirred properly at all, and today I came in around 2pm and the store looked set up to close. I dont think there was any reason for them to be closing early. The staff were all huddled in a circle talking or something and did not help anyone inside or make any drinks. i could tell some of the other employees were getting frustrated as well. Its a frustrating experience being a customer at this location and I dont think I care to try anymore and just hope that no one else does or has experiences like mine. A friend and I went to Dunkin and the screen didn’t work. Then I ordered a caramel frappe, small and a chocolate doughnut. The doughnut was the only saving grace of this meal. It was pretty good, but the caramel frappe was an ice frappe can’t believe how much ice this was. It was literally a slushy. Abysmal.

Placed an order to pick up at 1:45 today. Apparently they closed at 2pm today for Christmas Eve. The person at the drive through was rude and ignored me when I clearly told her I placed an online order already and was charged for the meal. As I approached the drive through window I noticed all the kids mishandling my food? I get it they were trying to close but my order was placed way before. I did not receive my meal and was still charged for my online order.
