I ordered 2 potato grillers, they wasn’t grilled what so ever and looked like 5 layer burritos. Would have went to the Taco Bell on 12th and Robinson if I would have known this is how the workers would have done me. Ain’t wasting my money at this location anymore.

Ordered a 58 dollar order received 3 of my items incorrect and missing two. Okay wasn't an issue I went back up to the store with my food and reciept marked off with missing or wrong items and was ignored for 10minutes standing at the counter. Once acknowledged the guy took my receipt and said we can't take it back and walked off. Went and spoke with the guy making the food came back a few minutes later and said we would have to wait bc they had a lot of orders okay I understand I work in food. I did not appreciate hearing the guy making the food that he didn't care that we were waiting he did

1201 east Lindsey NORMAN OK What a joke! Even for a fast food joint that's always a wreck, this place is an even bigger joke than most others. The service is awful and the employees are lacking, to say the least. Zero consideration for others, even when they completely blow it on your order.

We always use this Taco Bell and it’s usually good but the last few times have sucked tonight. I opened my Chalupa to hardly any meat if any at all and none of the sauces we asked for
