Ok, it’s hard for me to write this because I used to love the 99 but what in that actual hell happened? Change of ownership? It’s not the same anymore. Please do better. This looks like half of my meal was eaten before I even got it.

I left a bad review after the last time I came here (I had to use a different email now because it would only let me edit my review but this good experience doesn’t change the bad one). However we came back today this time we were able to sit at a table. We had great service this time. The host greeted us in a timely manner. It seemed they actually had enough staff this time. Our server Mike was amazing. He was very attentive and very nice. Much better experience. The food was great too; no complaints.

I originally wasn’t going to write a review, but after two back to back bad experiences, here I am. On both occasions that I was at this 99s it was very slow. I would love to sit at a table, but every time I walk into this 9s it takes like 5 mins to b greeted at the front. Today however somehow the other people at the front got greeted before the bartender greeted us despite how long they waited too. I have nothing bad to say about the food; that’s the only reason I even continue to give this restaurant a chance. We were going to order food but between how long we waited to be greeted and how

Great food. Great service. I got the buffalo chicken mac & cheese which was delicious. My wife got the crispy cauliflower which she loves with a side of buffalo sauce.
