I did not usually put bad comments, but we had just come to this wendy and the manager took the order, there was a mistake and I was very kind with the appearance that he behaved with a bad attitude towards me, when my children were present in the car, he told me that I had asked for something more and he was not even kind enough to say that maybe it was his mistake, I only tried to charge myself more when the evil interpreted the order, both the gentleman and the girl who gave me the food seemed annoying and did not. I understand the reason if I kindly explained things.

I would recommend having people that speak fluent English to answer at the drive thru. Guy couldn’t understand me and got my order wrong. Says he was the manager and couldn’t do anything. How is a manager this incompetent?
