Just say I was thoroughly disappointed isn’t understatement. Went in this business and ordered the gumball bowl along with one piece fish and shrimp. Dinner with two sides. The fish and shrimp were very good perfect texture, perfect flavor and good temperature when it came out. However, my side of broccoli was not steamed well enough. So I had to treat it out with another side and I chose fries, which were fine. However, when I had my gumbo, I was so disappointed. Absolutely ridiculous! There was no one there so therefore there was no reason for my food to be the way it was. I walked outside ate a fry 😔 it was ice cold went back in to tell them she put my food back up in the window and told him to give me fresh freeze. I stood there looking at the cook with a disgusted look on my face 😈 he knew he was absolutely wrong what do they do put hot fries on the plate I immediately took the plate back walked out the door and throw it in the trash time for them to clean shop. So don't waste your time going there

I have not had captain ds in while I visit them to try they seafood 😋 gumbo, it was good along with they dozen fired oyster My friend want to try they giant fish sandwiches to Seafood gumbo is made when you order it and the fish sandwiches was big 😋 Definitely a must try comeback favorite items.

Poor leadership…did not get all my food , came back to restaurant and manager was rude, argumentative even after she check the food and see 2 items were missing. The manager on duty around5:45-6:00pm need customer service training. This is first time I ever had a bad experience at captain D. My food is always hot…thanks manager I will keep my money
