i’m not the type to write reviews, and i have a large patience scale for the people who serve me, especially regarding food but this was absolutely wild. i placed a mobile order at this location around 9:30pm monday night, (2/23/26) and when i arrived i waited about ten minutes before getting to the speaker (no problem, busy night which i absolutely understand because i also work in customer service. at the speaker there were no problems, but upon arriving to the window they informed me they had no frostys, which was apart of my order so they asked if i’d like anything else. i tried to see if

Unfortunately it took 20 minutes to get a large chili with cheese. 15 minutes waiting to order. The clerk was cold and very unhappy. When I finally got the chili I asked for crackers and was told "we don't have crackers". Not that they were out but that they don't have them. That's all. No apology, nothing. Very upset with the experience and will never go back.

Great food and quick service, but the dining area could use a thorough cleaning. The staff is friendly, which makes up for the occasional hiccup in order accuracy. Overall, it's a decent spot for a fast bite.

I went inside the restaurant on April 24th to use the restroom and order food. When I was in the restroom one of the workers from the restaurant was using the restroom stall as well. While i was waahing my hands he left the stall and immediately left the restroom without washing his hands. I went to the register and I saw he went to the back and started making food. I left and vowed to never eat at this restaurant again. The gentleman was a taller, older, Hispanic man who works the mid day shift. Do not eat here! This is how people end up with food poisoning. Wendy's corporate needs to be made
