I walked into Five Guys around 9:05 PM on 12/17, ready for a quick and simple cheeseburger—plain with mustard and ketchup, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t it when I took my first bite, I immediately noticed something was off. There were mushrooms in my burger, which wasn’t what I ordered at all. This is unacceptable I specifically ordered a plain cheeseburger with just mustard and ketchup, and somehow, I ended up with mushrooms in my burger. The 3 stars are for the manager! I have been to this location multiple times. This time was awful, ordered a sandwich apparently the girl misheard what I said so, I told her the sandwich was wrong. They said they would remake it. Then they remade it but not the correct sandwich as there were two on the order. By this time I just asked for a refund as one of the girls on the line said what's wrong now we remade it and it was the tone and the smirk. The manager on duty offered to remake it a 3rd time but I saw no point. Just refund me and I will leave. In the end when dealing with customers jus
