Was just in the store! Bought three donuts with decorative frosting on top to take to other people. The owner just threw them in a bag on top of each other and they look like crap!! I told him you need to lay them flat so the frosting doesn't get messed up. He absolutely did not care at all and mumbled something in his language!!! What a shocker!!! They could care less about their customer service and proved it!!! I'll never go back to them again!!!

I just paid almost $2 for a donut that was so hard and stale. I called them to ask if they make them fresh and they let me know that they never make anything in store. It is all delivered at least next day from Chicago. Don’t waste your money! Bad 👎🏽

Everytime I get a donut from here it is stale & hard I have given it multiple attempts & not one was good which makes me upset because I have never had a stale donut from dunkin until I had to start going to this location
