Holy Smokes! Last night I drove from the Middlesex last night at 1:45am because I needed a DQP with bacon and cheese like a Mac, I ordered at the walk up window and it was perfect! The char on the burger was brilliant and magnificent! Fresh fries and the air fried apple pies were to die for! Excellent service and excellent food I was so happy and blessed at 2am! Thank you very much!

had a very disappointing experience at this location. The chicken was burnt, dry, and not edible. On top of that, the customer service was poor, especially the person taking the order, who seemed rude and unhelpful. There was also a lot of disorganization in the area, which made the experience worse. Overall, very poor food quality and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves.

We had a issue with our mobile order, they didn’t have our order at the window and the manager said she can’t help us, to move out of line so we decided to go back around the drive through and one of the coworkers Antonio helped us and had said they accidentally gave it to another customer which is fine, I understand mistakes happen. what was upsetting was that the manager did not wanna help us but Antonio definitely was very helpful, ANTONIO SHOULD BE MANAGING!!

I realize this isn’t this McDonalds fault, but I went through the drive-thru last night with my daughter and in the short amount of time I was in the drive-thru we had two homeless men come up to us asking for money. One of them literally said he was going to blow our heads off next time he sees us for not giving him money. Needless to say neither he or this McDonald’s will ever see us again. The service was a little slow especially considering the environment and everything going on around us, but the food was correct. I just would not come here, especially at night, if you value your safety.
